Broadbeach Holiday Rentals Terms & Conditions of Holiday Lettings at the Phoenician Health & Spa Resort, 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach, QLD
1. Tenancy commences at 2pm on the arrival date and expires at 10am on the departure date. Late check out without prior arrangement will incur an extra charge. Allocated room requests are subject to availability at the time of arrival.
2. A minimum deposit of $300.00 is required to confirm a booking and the balance of payment is required prior or upon check-in. During Holiday & Peak periods a deposit of $500.00 is required and balance of payment is required 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non refundable under any circumstances.
3. Payment in full must be made on or before arrival, prior to occupancy for the full length of stay by cash, Visa or Mastercard. A refund will not be given for any unused portion of a holiday.
4. The number of occupants, including children and infants must be specified on your reservation, extra persons not notified to agent or overcrowding will result in immediate termination of your booking. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Management has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID or proof of guardianship, if requested upon check- in.
5. The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period only on the receipt.
6. Under no circumstances will smoking or pets be allowed inside any apartment.
7. The guest is responsible for all breakages, damage or loss of items or furnishings including chipped and cracked crockery, locks and key replacements. Any of these mishaps must be reported to the agent and paid for immediately. Inventories for the premises are checked upon guest departure. If not reported charges will be debited against your credit card to cover any extra costs including undue cleaning costs when apartments are left in an inappropriate manner.
8. The Agent on behalf of the owner makes all bookings in good faith. Regrettably at times, circumstances may arise i.e. owner occupancy, a sale, repairs and maintenance where your requested room may not be available. Another apartment in the same resort of similar standard will be provided.
9. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on premises.
10. The guest shall only park vehicles on the premises where specified and Body Corporate Rules & Regulations must be observed.
11. If these conditions are not adhered to the agent reserves the right to cancel the accommodation effective immediately without refund.
